My name is Audrey Miner. I was born and brought up on the Southeast side of Chicago. After graduating from high school, I enlisted in the US Army. I served in the military for years.
Education and learning are important to me. During service, I accomplished my BS in Criminal Justice and Homeland Security. I went on to successfully complete my MBA in Healthcare Management.
I currently work at the Salt Lake City VA Hospital. By profession, I am a health coach, and I love helping my Veterans. Moreover, I am a National Board-Certified Health & Wellness Coach.
Things that bring me joy and happiness are my family, my cats, helping people, learning, reading, cooking, and self-care. I enjoy my free time outdoors, especially in the mountains. I enjoy an active and fun lifestyle. I reside in Salt Lake City, UT. I love the mountain ranges we have here: so much beauty, peace, and mindfulness.
I also offer services and packages related to health and well-being. I provide coaching to my clients. Because I was diagnosed with PTSD (Post Traumatic Stress Disorder), some time ago, I know how to motivate and support my clients to live better with such conditions with the power of motivational interviews, positive intervention, and a plan of action designed to improve a person’s mental well-being. From tailored packages of health coaching sessions and a will to help all those suffering from health and well-being issues, I strive to provide my clients with the best coaching related to their health. I help them move forward in their life and health.
